This is a good beginner hike, its pretty busy until you get past the second waterfall and then the trail will thin out. Trail is clearly marked, and you can cut the switchbacks in half if you go straight up!
This is not a summit hike, but does have some nice views when the trail breaks, and the ink pots at the top are pretty neat too.
This hike is dog friendly! Its a good one to bring the pup, as long as its on a leash especially in the canyon. Steep banks and lots of people!
Over all, I probably wouldn’t do this hike again? But its cool to do it once, and see a different side of the canyon, get outside and get some exercise!
